The VCAL students completed their first practical assessment as part of their VET Hospitality programs. Students ran a restaurant for the BHS staff at Manningham Rd. Each student was assigned a specific role within the restaurant. Students took on their roles of either host, waiter or cook with total professionalism. The staff enjoyed their meals and the VCAL students received lots of positive feedback about both food and service. The pop-up restaurant was a huge success!
